-         All online transactions are free, simple, and secure using PayPal.

-         There is currently free delivery anywhere in Australia. This is a current promotion and will end in September 2008.

-         Items purchased on our website will usually be delivered within a few days of purchase.

-         All products on our website are subject to availability. Items that are out of stock can be swapped for other products with your consent. We will inform you immediately via email.

-         Once an order has been made, PayPal will email you a tracking number once we process your order.

-         Choose carefully as we do not refund or exchange.

-         All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST however PayPal also accepts currency outside of Australia and we’ll ship anywhere in the world.

-         Double check your mailing address is the correct one as we are not responsible for the loss of orders due to an incorrect address.
